Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on the bos4d platform. By accessing or using bos4d, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use bos4d. One account per player is strictly enforced.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via local bank transfers and e-wallets. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse or multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses will result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bos4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
Deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools are available to all players. bos4d actively promotes responsible gaming and complies with 21+ age restrictions.
These Terms are governed by internationally applicable gaming regulations. By using bos4d, you acknowledge that online wagering is your personal choice and responsibility.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the bos4d Platform. By proceeding with registration, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. bos4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending age verification.
2.2 Residency. The bos4d Platform is designed and optimised for players resident in Indonesia. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bos4d does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legally accessible from any specific location.
2.3 Personal Capacity. By creating an Account you confirm that you are acting in your personal capacity, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that no court or authority has declared you legally incapacitated or restricted your ability to enter into binding agreements.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or otherwise — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held within them.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bos4d will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is your sole responsibility.
3.3 Notification of Compromise. If you believe that your Account credentials have been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify the bos4d support team immediately via the live chat facility or by email at [email protected].
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). bos4d operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:
3.5 Verification Timeline. KYC documents are reviewed within one (1) business day under normal circumstances. Incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission. bos4d reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending successful verification.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. bos4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels:
4.2 Currency. All Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bos4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account and the funds will be returned via the originating payment method.
4.4 Processing Times. Deposits made via bank transfer are credited to the Account Balance within minutes of receipt under normal operating conditions. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five (5) minutes, subject to KYC clearance and standard banking processing times.
4.5 Payment Method Ownership. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal payments will be made exclusively to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's name.
4.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. These limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered by bos4d are subject to individual terms communicated at the time the promotion is advertised. General eligibility requires a verified Account in good standing with no history of bonus abuse.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to real-money balance and withdrawn, the Player must complete the wagering requirement specified for that bonus. Wagering requirements, contribution percentages by game type, and maximum bet restrictions applicable while a bonus is active will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds that are not wagered within fourteen (14) calendar days of being credited to the Account will expire and be removed without replacement.
5.4 Prohibited Bonus Conduct. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds, forfeiture of any winnings derived from those funds, and potential permanent suspension of the Account:
5.5 Seasonal Promotions. bos4d may offer special promotions during Indonesian cultural and national events including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Nyepi. Specific terms for seasonal promotions are published on the Platform when the promotion becomes active.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by bos4d. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. bos4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion.
6.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) internationals, badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the individual sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Common bet types including mix parlay (combination accumulator bets), voor bola (Asian handicap betting), and bandar bola (direct match odds) are available subject to individual market rules.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino games offered through bos4d — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — are subject to the rules of the individual game as provided by the respective game studio. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are audited and certified by the originating studios.
6.4 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the relevant draw authority. bos4d displays draw times in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) by default.
6.5 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: abandonment or postponement of a sporting event, manifest pricing errors, technical failure affecting bet settlement, or evidence of match manipulation. Void bets are refunded to the Player's Account Balance.
6.6 Maximum Winnings. bos4d may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day. These limits are published in the relevant sports or game section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
7.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting bos4d support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method within five (5) business days.
7.2 Suspension by bos4d. bos4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:
7.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bos4d will provide written notification to the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and verifying their identity.
8.1 All content on the bos4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of bos4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the express prior written consent of bos4d.
8.3 All game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), league names, and club names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. bos4d does not claim ownership of third-party marks.
9.1 bos4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 bos4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform and applies industry-standard data security practices to protect Player information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
9.3 bos4d will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention agencies strictly as required for the operation of the Platform.
10.1 bos4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
11.2 bos4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, and events beyond bos4d's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions and force majeure events) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. bos4d will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate outages in advance where possible.
11.3 In no event shall bos4d's aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bos4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming and commercial regulations.
12.2 bos4d operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. By using bos4d, you acknowledge that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and that the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction is your sole responsibility to determine.
12.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bos4d's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, the seat of which shall be determined by bos4d at the time of the dispute.
13.1 bos4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
